California Finally Comes Up With A Sensible New Law

It's past time when people will realize that it's time to STOP BUYING DOGS. They are killing thousands of dogs a day simply because there are not enough adopters or foster parents to give a home to these wonderful, desperate creatures. California just stopped handing out breeding licenses so that more dogs would get adopted. Of course some folks will break the law anyway but I'm hoping that more of you will check out the rescue groups and shelters to spare the many wonderful pets that didn't have the luck of getting a responsible or financially able guardian. Please, please adopt. There are so many waiting.
