No Meat Days
Apparently, the owners of the food processing plants (read killing factories) are warning that there won’t be enough dead animals to eat in the stores for a while. Why not seize the opportunity to get friendly with beans, tofu, falafel and all the new vegan meat substitutes ie Beyond Meat burgers and sausages and the hundreds of other recent entries into the plant protein arena? It doesn’t mean you have to become a vegan, but why not try some of the plant based goodies you may have missed? The internet is full of scrumptious recipes like the cauliflower soup my husband and I started dinner with tonight. Absolutely divine. Without-bone-appetit!
